MEALS
• Breakfast Symposia is offered on Saturday and Sunday on 7:15 AM in the Empire Room.
• Coffee, tea and snacks will be served in the Exhibition Hall regarding the program.
• Lunch Symposia is offered on Saturday in the Empire Room.
• Saturday evening Award Dinner is from 7:00 to 9:30 PM in the Empire Room.
BADGES
For security purposes, all delegates and speakers are asked to wear their name badges at all
times during the meeting. If you misplace your name badge, please go to the Registration Desk
to arrange for a replacement.
PROGRAM CHANGES
The organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the scientific program. Organizers will
do their best to keep the participants up to date and possible changes in the program will be
immediately communicated.
POSTERS TECHNICAL INFORMATION
No specific poster session is scheduled, all posters are available for viewing during the breaks.
We recommend the poster presenters be around the screen during the breaks to be available for
questions.
LOST AND FOUND
Any found item may be turned into the Registration Desk. Enquiries about lost items can be
directed to the Registration Desk also.
MOBILE PHONES
Please respect the speakers and presenters by ensuring that your mobile phone is switched off
during the scientific sessions.
COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION
The exhibition will be opened from Saturday, August 2 until Sunday, August 3. Delegates will
have the opportunity to meet representatives of pharmaceutical and diagnostic equipment
companies at their booths to discuss new developments and receive up-to-date product
information.
INDUSTRY PASSPORT
